Try Before You Buy – Tennis Racket Demo Programme

Choosing the right tennis racket is an important decision, and with so many options, it’s understandable that you’d want to try before committing to a purchase. That’s where our Demo Programme comes in – it allows you to test out up to three tennis rackets at a time before making your final choice.

When browsing our range of tennis rackets, simply choose the "DEMO" option from the dropdown menu for the racket(s) you'd like to try.

Preparation for Demo Use

Once your order is placed, we’ll carefully prepare brand-new rackets for you to test by adding protective tape to the frame and an overgrip to the handle to ensure they’re ready for play.

Delivery

Your demo rackets will be shipped directly to your door within 2–4 days, depending on your selected shipping option. Once they arrive, we recommend you take them for a light 10-minute session on your court to get a feel for their performance.

Deciding What to Keep

  • Loving the racket? If you decide to purchase one or more of the demo rackets, simply email us at demo@yourwebsite.com with your order number, and we’ll refund the demo fees for the chosen racket(s).
  • Not the right fit?If a racket doesn’t meet your expectations, return it within 14 days, and we’ll refund the full cost minus the demo fee (£20 per racket) and any additional string customisation charges.

Terms & Conditions

  • Rackets must be returned in their original condition, with the demo tape and overgrip intact. Any signs of misuse or damage may result in additional charges, or we may reject the return.
  • Any promotional items (such as free balls or bags) will not be included with demo rackets. However, if you choose to keep a racket, we will happily send the promotional items with your final purchase.
  • The demo programme is available for non-sale tennis rackets priced over £150.
  • Our demo programme applies only to non-sale tennis rackets over £150.
  • A maximum of three rackets may be demoed at any one time.
  • Please note: Our demo programme is currently only available for tennis rackets. It does not apply to other sports such as badminton, squash, racketball, padel, or pickleball.
